Surfer love the left side (looking to sea) for eaves throughout the year. Right side has red lighthouse & interesting cave & Tatamigaura rock shelf with tidal pools & small beach worth exploring. Car park charges 1,000 yen for parking in summer & showers also available for 200 yen in summer. Out of season this is still a great beach for a day at the sea. Onsen hotel offers hot-baths and meals to paying customers even if not hotel guests. Nearby supermarket.
