★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも指名しないで行くのですが、外れを引いてしまったようで……。シャンプーやトリートメントは大雑把、棚の開閉や物を置く時は乱暴で大きな音を立てて、いかにも不満たらたらな感じでした。手際よくやるのと手を抜くのは全くの別物です。ちゃんと客には伝わります。接客業なのに態度が悪いなんてもっての他です。次回から逆指名しようかと思いましたが、この機会に別の美容室探す事にします。
