e	emi-a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星付けたくないくらい最悪でした。土地購入のため訪問しました。購入したい場所の近辺だったので訪問しましたが、本当にやめておいたほうがいいです。購入した土地は広さの割にお買い得ではあったものののり面工事の必要があり、購入費用+のり面工事の費用がかかりました。しかし、契約や土地を見に言った際にのり面工事の説明はなくもちろん公告に説明はのっていませんでした。土地の視察をしてくれたハウスメーカーの方と担当に話を聞きに行きましたが、そんなことも知らない我々が悪いとこもと謝罪もなく、むしろハウスメーカーに対し我々への悪口オンパレード。(ハウスメーカーの方が怒りながら教えてくれました笑) 結局、県の相談窓口に行って相談してきますと話すと手のひらを返したように仲介手数料いりませんと言い出してきました。場所はよかったので結局購入となりましたが、その後、謝罪もなく終わりました。ちなみに、土地には古家があったので解体工事もありましたが、解体工事の業者さんもこちらの不動産屋は古い付き合いだけども、たびたびトラブルがあったり対応が悪いとのことでうちも付き合いやめたいんです…とお話されてました。関係者からも煙たがられている、購入者がなにも知らないからとバカにした態度をとるようなところです。丁寧なのは最初だけなので皆さん気をつけてください。 It was so bad that I didn't want to star it.
