で	でぺ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若い職員さん、警備さんは本当に親切でわかりやすく教えて下さいました。ありがとうございます。年配の女性、年配の男性の対応は本当に失礼で舐めてかかっているのがよくわかり気分が悪くなります。別に愛想やサービスなど求めてはいませんが最低限の接し方ってあると思います。 Young staff's, guard's had you tell us clearly really kind. thank you. Senior Women, correspondence of older men really worse mood to understand well that is at stake licking rude. We do not have is separately seeking such as amiable and service I think Is there a minimum of contact way.
a	a noa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 混み合った時間帯に行き庁内が人の話し声でうるさく、番号を呼ばれても気付けませんでした。（番号を掲げてる人のボードも混み合った人の頭でよく見えず）自動音声で番号呼びと職員の方が直接呼びかける方法とで分かり辛いです。また番号は2度と呼ばないようなのでこれは怒る人もいるだろうなーとクレームを入れる人の気持ちが分かりました。・国分寺市役所での番号呼び出しは遅いと思ったら飛ばされて無いか聞く・番号受付機の横にネットで順番が見えるQRコードが貼ってあるので確認する事がスムーズだと思います。QRコードの横には警備員の方がその前に立ってらっしゃる事で一切隠されていたので、折角なら警備員の方自体がアナウンスされると良いかと思いました。帰るときに警備員の方が退いた為に「そこにあったのか」とがっくりしたので。明らかに「呼ばれてない人がいても更に呼びかける」のは恐らく「公務業務外」になるのでしょうが、なんとかならないかと思いました。ただ、対応してくださった方は皆さんとても感じが良かったです。これはもう国分寺市役所のシステム自体の問題では？と思いました。（市民より） I went to a busy time and the inside of the office was noisy with people's voices, so I didn't notice when the number was called. (The board of the person holding the number cannot be seen well with the head of a crowded person.) It is difficult to understand by the automatic voice call and the method of calling directly by the staff. Also, since the number does not seem to be called twice, I understand the feelings of those who make complaints that this may be angry for some people. ・ If you think that the number call at Kokubunji City Hall is slow, ask if it is skipped. ・ Check the QR code that shows the order on the net next to the number reception machine. I think things are smooth. The guards were standing next to the QR code, so it was completely hidden, so I thought it would be good if the guards themselves were announced. When I got home, the guards retired, so I was surprised that I was there. Apparently, "calling even if there are people who are not called" is probably "outside public affairs", but I wondered if it could be done. However, everyone who responded was very nice. Despite I have little to no Japanese language, I decided to talk in English just in case I might make some mistakes with my poor Japanese skill. They slowly explain with detail instructions from the very first step to the city hall when I met an elderly staff. Then the young staffs makes it even more smooth step by step through my changing address and updating my number card info. Whole process took me almost 3 hours but really appreciate it. I don't know why the old man who collect the money behave a bit rude. But my overall impression is they are friendly and helpful
R	Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to register as a resident. They're nice and efficient at getting you set up with what you need, though you'll still need to be patient during busy hours. Also has free wi-fi and comfy seats, so what more can I ask for?
