2019年、今年の新卒採用で騙されました。
求人には夏季休暇、冬季休暇ありと確実に記載されてあったはずですが入社後この件について問い詰めたところ「年度による」と言われ、休みを保証して貰えませんでした。
さらに、交通誘導など外で旗振りを行う場合などには、集合時間をモラルに反する程余分に早く伝えられ、集合してから数時間後に勤務開始。勤務時間はこの勤務開始時間から換算されます。
→ 労働時間とは、労働者が使用者（会社）の指揮命令下に置かれている時間を指す。
省略しましたが、上記の判例を知りながらもこのような環境で労働者を働かせる立派なブラック企業ですので就職をお考えの方は是非他の優良企業をおあたりください。

→ Working time refers to the time when workers are under the command of the employer (company).
Although it is omitted, it is a good black company that works workers in such an environment while knowing the above precedent, so if you are looking for a job please contact other excellent companies.
