Da ich darauf achte, ob man bei dem Restaurant eine Halal-Variante bekommen kann, habe ich nach den Zutaten genau gefragt. Die Zutaten sowie das Öl enthalten kein Schweinefett/Alkohol. Man muss lediglich beim Einreichen des Tickets „肉なしを願いします“ sagen, damit das Gericht ohne Fleisch serviert wird, und dann kann man es als Muslim/Jude/Veganer problemlos genießen! Das sind die besten Nudeln meines Lebens gewesen bisher. Viel besser als Ramen! When I was an exchange student in Japan, I came here 2-3 times a week! Since I make sure that you can get a halal version at the restaurant, I asked exactly what the ingredients were. The ingredients and the oil contain no pork fat/alcohol. All you have to do is say "肉なしを願いします" when submitting the ticket and the dish will be served without meat, and then you can enjoy it as a Muslim/Jewish/Vegan without any problems! These are the best noodles of my life so far. Much better than ramen!

a	antiqtech on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place with the suggestion of my friend. I choose the version with chili sause and biggest LL size. I put extra chili oil, vinegar (as instructed in the english guide-like page) and some other spice. It was most delicious. Also there is an automated machine at the entrance where first you put money and then choose the buton for the version selection of your choice. Staff is lovely and very helpful though they dont speak emglish much. But overall it was a very good experience.
