沢山色々な不必要なオプションをつけられ、嘘をつかれます。
具体的には、
○ミニミニライフサポートはつける事は義務(学生は生協の保険に変更できたのに、義務と言われ続けました。)
○2年間住まないと違約金が発生する(実際は1年でした。解約の際に言われてびっくりしました。)
○敷金取っているのにも関わらず、
室内クリーニング代などを大量にとられました。
○言葉巧みに色々な物品を買うように勧めてきます。
○すごく汚い家ばかり紹介してきて、最後はもういい家はないです。と言ってきます。さらに予算をかなりオーバーした家ばかり紹介してきます。
地元のヒロエンタープライズさんに行った際に、追加の金額も発生せず、保険料も学校の生協でまかなえることを教えていただきました。
また、仲介手数料も何も言わずに半額にしてくれ、様々な家を紹介していただきました。
悪徳ですね。
本当にお勧めしません。

他社より紹介料が安く、お店自体もアクセスがよく他の社員さんの対応も丁寧です。
