い	いぬ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中の様子が外からだと見えなく、広いのか混んでるのか分からなくて行ってませんでしたが、換気のため入口が開いてて、人も少なそうだったので入ってみました。二階もあるようですが、基本はカウンター席のようですね。隣との仕切りが作られているので今は間引きされて5人分程です。メニューは壁にあるようだったので、お得な日替わりも気になりましたが最初は同じくお得なセットの餃子定食にしました。ミニラーメンと餃子とライスのセットです。店員さんは元気ですね。大きな声で挨拶します。老舗の様で年期の入った店舗です。暫くして餃子が焼き上がり、お盆に乗せられてセットがやってきました。麺やスープ、チャーシューに至るまで手作りというのはなかなかですね。もちもん餃子も。基本的な調味料の、コショウ、ラー油、酢、醤油は揃ってるのでタレを作って食べてみました。たしかに、冷凍の匂いがしない。ちゃんと作ってるんですね。ミニラーメンを食べてみたら美味しい。あっさり系の醤油ラーメンですが、胡椒かなラー油かな、ちょっとピリッと味の深みがあって良い塩梅。麺もストレートの細麺が美味い。手作りで揃えるだけでもこれだけプラス要素になるとはね。面白い。餃子は6個入りですが、ミニラーメンにも餃子が入ってて水餃子のようなワンタンの扱いの様なのも１つ入ってる面白い拘りが。かわりにチャーシューが入ってないので、次回はぜひ自家製チャーシューの入ったラーメンも食べてみたい。 I couldn't see the inside from the outside, and I didn't know if it was wide or crowded, but the entrance was open for ventilation and there seemed to be few people, so I went in. It's a light soy sauce ramen, but it's a peppery chili oil, or a salted plum that has a slightly spicy taste. The straight thin noodles are delicious. I don't think it would be a plus factor just to arrange them by hand. interesting. There are 6 dumplings in it, but the mini ramen also contains dumplings, and there is also one that is like a wonton like dumplings. Instead, it doesn't contain char siu, so next time I definitely want to try ramen with homemade char siu.

It's amazing that everything is homemade. Shoyu ramen has a unique flavor in its lightness, and you can't get rid of it with just one word, "nostalgic"! The fried rice, dumplings, and green onion miso ramen were delicious. There are also quite a few single dishes. I heard that yakisoba is delicious, so next time I'll go there.

篤	篤司 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ページェントの帰りに訪問。人気店らしくひっきりなしにお客さんが来てました。オススメの五目焼きそば、チャーハン注文しましたがめちゃくちゃ好みの味でした。肉ナス炒めもめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 Visited on the way back from the pageant.
