★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オーバーホールの値段は、他店やネットに比べてリーズナブル、ただ、期間がかかりすぎる。
見積もりだけで3週間。値段を了承し、終わったら連絡する(目安は3週間)とのことで連絡を1ヶ月以上待ってましたが、音沙汰なし。
結局こちらから出来上がり日程を確認するはめに。
しかも出来上がりの連絡を受け、取りに行けば、時間天板の0から10のインデックス部分が剥げている始末。
刻さんが実際にオーバーホール作業をしておらず、委託していることは承知していますが、委託先から刻さんに返却があった時点で気付くべき。それを普通にお金を払わせ、返却する行為自体が信じられない。謝罪もなし。バレなかったらいい精神なのか。
みなさん、オーバーホールが必要な様な時計をここに預けるのは危険すぎます。気をつけて。
数日後、電話し、インデックスが剥げていることを伝えると、持って来てくださいと。
持っていって、直します。
1ヶ月経過後、もうちょっとかかりますので。と。
その1ヶ月後、メーカーに依頼しますので、出来上がりは2ヶ月後と。
これ、どーなんですかね。
ほんとに最悪なショップだと思います。星1つももったいない。

質問しただけなのに、まるでクレーマーを追い払うように対応をされました。
それとはまた別に、調整作業もだいぶ早さ重視で荒っぽかったので、大切な時計のメンテナンスを依頼される方は他を当たった方がいいかもしれません。
