It is the precincts of Torigoe Shrine in Taito-ku, Tokyo. It is a small shrine that has only a shrine at the western end of Torigoe Shrine. The gate was closed and I couldn't see inside. You can get a red stamp at the office of Torigoe Shrine. The initial charge is 500 yen.
