初診の際にいるものもまともに答えれない。ついさっきまで電話で楽しそうに話してたのに。
Receptionist is bad.
I can not answer properly what I had at the time of my first visit. I had a pleasant conversation on the phone until just before.

ゴールデンウイーク前にこちらへ予約をどのぐらい待つか直接伺いました。
中は自由にお茶や紅茶が飲めるようセルフで置かれてました。中は喫茶店と間違えるような内装で、小さなお子さまもおられました。静かでした。
ただ私が受付の前に来てるのに肝心の受付のスタッフさんは電話で話し中。他に対応出来るスタッフもいないようで座っても良いのか分からず待つこと数分。やっと電話が終わり
「はい、何でしょう？」
と言われました。予約を入れたいと言うと
「2ヵ月先まで予約が一杯で、今予約の受付を止めている」
と言われました。それでしたら仮に今後受診する場合は保険証以外に持ってくるもの(例えば内科などの医療機関で受けた血液検査の結果とか最近服用している薬があるならお薬手帳など)はあるか尋ねたら
「あーあれです。四角いあれ」
と言われました。この説明には呆れました。肝心の受付のスタッフが持ってくるものを聞かれて
「四角いあれ」
で通じると思ったことが凄い。私には理解出来ませんのでこちらには受診したくないです。でも今でも四角いあれとは何かが私には出来ません

I asked directly before Golden Week how long I would wait for a reservation.
The inside was placed on its own so that you could drink tea and tea freely. The interior was confused with a coffee shop and there were small children. It was quiet.

“Oh, that ’s a square.”
They said. I was amazed at this explanation. I was asked what the important reception staff brought
"Square that"
It ’s amazing what I thought of. I don't understand so I don't want to visit here. But I still can't do anything with that square
