テーブルにはまだおがくずが散乱してて鞄が汚れました。
店員さんからはそういう説明はなかったです。残念。
The other day, I visited immediately after the renovation and sat down at the table on the right side of the store.
The table was still littered with sawdust and the bag was dirty.
There was no such explanation from the clerk. disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を依頼しましたが、タイヤのナットをインパクトで無理に締められ人力では取り外せない状態にされました。ナットも無理に締めたのを緩めてもらった際にかなり傷がつくほどでした（通常緩めたからと言ってナットに大きく傷がつくことはありません）。トルク管理もできない整備士がいるようです。一番残念に思うのは、トルクを間違えて締めたことは認めたのに謝罪の一言もなかったことです。店員さんは基本的には愛想がよく、接客態度に大きく問題はないですが、整備士の腕に問題＋問題があっても謝罪できない接客態度につき、自分は二度と整備を依頼しません。
I requested a vehicle inspection, but the nut of the tire was forcibly tightened by the impact and it was in a state where it could not be removed manually. The nuts were so scratched when they were forcibly tightened and loosened (usually loosening does not cause significant scratches on the nuts). There seems to be some mechanics who can't even manage torque. The most disappointing thing is that I admitted that I tightened the torque by mistake, but I didn't apologize. The clerk is basically friendly and there is no big problem with the customer service attitude, but I will never ask for maintenance because of the customer service attitude that I can not apologize even if there is a problem + problem with the mechanic's arm.
