様々な施設で働いてみましたがこちらの様に入居者の皆様が穏やかで平和な表情で余生を送られている場所は他に見た事がありません。アクティビティに、身体機能向上目的の体操等と共に定期的にフラワーアレンジメントの時間があり、手指が動かず上手く工作できない方もスタッフの心遣いで花の美しさに触れる事が出来る様配慮されており、そうした環境がいかに認知症を和らげる効果があるかを実感出来る思いです。施設長、ケアマネ、相談員等管理者の方々が全員女性である事で女性ならではの優しさが全体の運営に影響を与えている事も特色と思います。又、どこの施設も必ず意地悪なスタッフが一人はいますがこちらはそんな人が皆無でスタッフ同士も利用者同士も仲良しです。朝、顔を合わせた利用者が他の方々に「今日も一日よろしくお願いしますね。」と笑顔で挨拶されている光景を見ると理想的な老後はここにある、と感動します。ただ、夜間はナース常駐ではない為24時間喀痰吸引が必要な方の入居は無理なので医療ケアの必要度合いによっては利用をお勧め出来ない場合もありますが、普段の看護は複数のナースが相談しつつケアしています。費用面は決して安くはないランクですが終の住処としてのクオリティは金額に見合っていると思えます。

I feel that the environment has the effect of relieving dementia. I think it is also a feature that the kindness unique to women affects the overall operation because all the managers such as facility managers, care managers, and counselors are women. In addition, there is always one mean staff member in every facility, but there is no such person here, and the staff members and users are good friends. When I see the users who meet in the morning greet other people with a smile, "Thank you for your support today," I am impressed that the ideal old age is here. However, since nurses are not resident at night, it is not possible to move in for those who need sputum aspiration for 24 hours, so it may not be recommended to use it depending on the degree of medical care required, but multiple nurses consult with each other for usual nursing. I am taking care of it. The cost is not cheap, but the quality of the final residence seems to be worth the money.
