y	y y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肩寝枕とオーダメイド枕で悩んでいたところ、楽天ポイントがつくギフトカードがあったので、ギフトカードを使って調布店のスリープスクエアでオーダーメイドする事にしました。カードを渡したところ、男性店長さまに嫌な顔をされ、その後大きな声で客の不満を女性の方と2人で話していました。話によると、サイズを測りにきて、故意でネットで買われるとうちの利益がないみたいな話が聞こえました。接客はアドバイザーの別の方が丁寧にやってくださりとても良かったのですが、店長さまはずっと大きな声で陰口を話されていました。スリープスクエアさんが楽天で公式販売しているギフトカードを購入したらダメだったのでしょうか？それともギフトカードだったからダメだったのでしょうか？非常に悲しい気持ちになりました。実店舗の利益が気になるならこういう商品(ギフトカードや商品券)を出すべきでは無いと思います。もし私の事を言っていたわけじゃなかったとしても、接客中の前でお客の陰口を大きな声で話すなんて人としてどうなのでしょうか。自分の事を言われていると思い、ショックを受け考えこんでしまいました。店長さまのイメージが非常に悪いので口コミとして投稿させていただきます。 When I was worried about shoulder pillows and custom-made pillows, there was a gift card with Rakuten points, so I decided to use the gift card to make an order at Sleep Square in Chofu store.
