他店が豊富なだけに、ディスプレイの工夫があるとより購買意欲がでるかと

自宅から３キロ以内に３店舗あり、原チャリ移動の私は一番利用しやすいコジマｻﾝ。
スタッフの対応はそれぞれだがさすがProfessional！何でも応えてくれる。中には上から目線のスタッフもいて鬱陶しいときもあるが…。
レジカウンターにやる気の無い対応の女性がいて残念！Manualに沿っているのだろうがもう少し人間(ヒト)らしく。
あっ、今日も私のレジ係り…。

レジ担当の人はプロ意識がないのか、愛想が悪く声も小さい。以前にも同じ感想を投稿させて頂きましたが何も変わってないですね
レジ担当は買い物を楽しくされたお客様が最後に接する場です。最後に気分を害すれば、買い物自体つまらない物になります。再指導願います。
