ここへ行くなら押して自転車を押して帰る。
半年は無料で見ますとあるが数日で見てくれなくなった。
無責任なお店です。他で買ったほうがいいと思います。
買う時はよくてもその後が悪いのは・・・という感じです。

丁寧に説明もしてもらえ安心して修理依頼が出来ます。
修理中には裏手にある喫茶店で時間が潰せます。

待つのは当たり前ですが、私の他にも待つ方がいて、それをわかっているのに無駄話をして作業の手が止まったり、その間待っている客に対して何も言わず、せめて『しばらくお待ちくださいね』の一言でもあれば良かったのに。
散々待たされた挙げ句に、上から目線のタメ口でした。ふくよかな店員さんでした。

取りに来てくれて、直した自転車を届けてくれたのにお安くて！サービスも抜群！
今後、自転車のことで何かあったらここにお願いしたいと思います。

電話対応も冷たかったが、実店舗のスタッフもテンション低すぎ、口調も悪い…客に対して丁寧にしろとは言わないが、最低限の接客態度は欲しいです。
このようなお店で中古自転車を買うべきでは無いと判断します。ご参考までに。

行けば必ずあれも悪い、これも悪いと理由をつけてお願いした修理以外の事まで勝手にやって「諸々の調整」と言って詳細もろくに説明せず請求するという非常にたちの悪い店です。
店として存在できているのが不思議なくらいです。
