稲	稲鷲朗 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/12　クチコミで高評価なので試しに来店。豚骨醤油は県内外を食べ歩きする程に好きなので楽しみ。今回は福島市の『ねぎっこ』ですっかりはまってしまった野菜ラーメンと賄い丼を注文。まず野菜ラーメンは豚骨醤油と言うよりは限りなく純豚骨の白濁したスープで味わいもクリーミー。元々豚骨好きの人には受ける味だと思います、麺も九州ばりの細麺です。野菜はねぎっこと違って炒めておらず肉も入って無くて残念… チャーシューが１枚だけ入っていたが薄くてペラペラの奴でした。賄い丼は細かく刻んだチャーシューと半熟味玉が乗ってて味付けはラーショのネギ丼的な味わいでした。個人的には野菜ラーメンはねぎっこの方が旨いですね。こちらも豚骨の割に安い値段設定で良心的です（少しボリュームに欠けるが）賄い丼は味玉の半熟加減と味付けが良い塩梅で調理技術の高さを感じました。ラーメンだけなら?3ですが賄い丼で?4にしときます。 2021/12 Since it is highly evaluated by word of mouth, I came to the store for a trial. み	みずのこうじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに哲麺のラーメンが食べたくて相馬店に初訪問しました。宮城県名取市にあった時は通って居て、またたま通った時に哲麺を見つけての初訪問でした。平日12時ちょい前に伺うと先客が2名でした。いつもは岩のりラーメンを注文しますがネギが食べたくて白髪ネギラーメン醤油味650円を注文しました。着丼までは3分位で超早いです。ラーメン屋では最速ではないかと❗ いざ食べてみると、懐かしい豚骨醤油に極細麺が絡んでめちゃくちゃ美味しい。豚骨ベースなのに、独特の臭みがない。卓上のニンニク、高菜、紅生姜を入れると更に美味しい。替玉50円もお決まりで注文。替玉50円、コスパ最高に量も多め。かなり満足の1杯でした。替玉まで入れて700円って相当安価だし、黒烏龍茶がお冷ってかなり太っ腹だと思います。片道1時間以上かかりますがまた訪問したいと思います。 I visited the Soma store for the first time because I wanted to eat Tetsumen ramen for the first time in a long time.
