The main shrine is covered with an iron fence. You cannot see the sculptures from the outside. The precincts were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小岩田はこのあたりの旧地名だそうです。境内に公園があり、散策の途中に休ませてもらうのにちょうど良かったです。社殿に向かって左脇の小道は、かつて小川だったのでしょうか。今は埋め立てられていますが橋のあとがありました。社殿と小道の間に水神社もあります。
Koiwata seems to be the old place name around here. There is a park in the precincts, and it was just right for me to take a rest during the walk.
