先生は皆大学生
時給がいいとばかりに近くの大学からうじゃうじゃ来ている
反面、指導については先生によって差が生じる
中には生徒主体ではなく自己満足な授業をする先生だっている
人によっては大学生の授業にこれだけの授業料を払うことに抵抗がある人もいるだろう

On the other hand, there is a difference between teachers in teaching.
Some teachers are self-satisfying, not student-centered
Some people may be reluctant to pay this much tuition for college students
