インターネットでお店に直接電話しまして、丁寧な電話対応で細かい説明をしてくれました。色々他の店も調べてみた結果、二日後にお願いしました。価格も、個人のお店ということもありまして随分まけてもらいました。仕事内容は、工事日と時間を電話にて連絡して時間通りに自宅へ来てもらい部屋の荷物なんかは、そのままで、家具の移動も畳屋さん任せでした。また、床の掃除や家具の裏の掃除までしてもらって、新しい畳を敷いた後拭き掃除までしてもらって私は、普通通りに畳屋さんが帰ったあと、そのまま和室を使えました。丁度、梅雨時期が終わるころに畳工事をさせてもらいましたが和室の湿度や使い方についても教えてもらいました。この次の畳工事は裏返し工事ですのでこの次の工事もよろしくお願いしますと言われまして、裏返しというものがよく分からなかったのですがそこについても詳しく丁寧に教えてもらいました。ここの畳屋さんは畳の工事のほかに障子や襖の張り替えもしているので、また何かある時には頼んでみようかと思いました。

I didn't know what to turn inside out, but I was told carefully about it. The tatami shop here is also working on tatami mats and changing paper shojis and reeds.
