Really nice staff! Even took additional items not listed in our prior email. Came right on time after they called to tell us they were arriving 15 mins after said call. We’ll use their service again when needed.

I called them pretty last minute and they were able to come and take my things. I was worried about being able to carry my heavy washing machine by myself, so I paid extra to have someone come and help me carry it. He very kindly carried it all the way down the stairs for me (I live in a mansion with no elevator) by himself in the summer heat. Great service!

From booking to the end, service and instructions were quick, simple, clear and pricing very reasonable. One set price for any number of items so long as they fit in the small truck, and they came right on time on pickup day. Staff was very helpful and kind. If you cannot carry out large items (like refrigerator, bed frame, etc.), you can receive help from the guy for an additional fee, but its still much cheaper than recycling through the city or other recycling companies I could find in the area. Highly recommended!

We had then take a washing machine and about ten different electronics. All for 5000 yen. They were by far the cheapest service and didn't charge us when we added more than what we indicated to them before. Excellent service. They came on time and did all the work. Thanks! Highly recommended.
