I can't trust because there is only a sloppy response. The quote was extremely disappointing.

The craftsman's personality is good but the work is rough. Price and contents do not pay. Didn't tell the subcontractor exactly what they did, or couldn't get what they said!

Sales here are profit first. I was distrustful because I added the cost later and did not introduce the land that I could introduce. In the end, I was taken care of by another contractor. I think that it is better to think about how to associate because you will still have a relationship after building a house.

It was a good impression until the contract was concluded. The design was focused on the appearance, and the convenience of the residents was secondary. It was far from being a friendly design. Certainly, we will respond to changes as much as possible, but it will require an additional fee, so it is better to imagine it really well when designing. Since the customers are amateurs, I want to rely on the construction shop, but I can't rely on them at all, and sometimes I even get an unpleasant face. The estimate is the minimum, and the kitchen, washroom, bath, toilet, etc. are also the minimum, so it was considerably added from the initial estimate. I thought about changing the construction shop, but the structure and interior are approaching the final stage, and even if I change it, it will cost 50,000 or 100,000, so I thought that it would cost money again, so please ask Kawanaka Kojuken as it is I did, but now that I think about it, I should have made it a different construction shop. Even after the house is completed, the doors of some rooms do not close properly, the skirting parts are sloppyly enforced, and the doorknob loosens at a pace of about once every two weeks, so it is a good driver. I'm sorry. Soundproofing between the first and second floors is almost equal to zero. I asked for this point as well, but I couldn't handle it. I asked them to fix the doors and timbers as much as possible, but I couldn't say that it was complete because the enforcement was originally off, so I gave up. About half a year after the completion, cracks occurred in the room. I was honestly surprised because there were several after that. The first one was free, but the rest were billed for repairs. The sales person in charge had a good impression until the contract was concluded. At the time of designing, there were many inquiries, so most of the assistants responded and I couldn't get in touch with the sales staff in charge. At the start of construction, the sales staff in charge changed. It seems that they will be kind to their relatives (acquaintances). Of course, there seems to be no defects, and if there is any problem, it will be dealt with immediately. Recommended for those who have an acquaintance with Kawanaka Kojuken. The house is a lifetime and I think it's a really expensive purchase. There were many things that couldn't be said to be very sincere, so I'm just sad and disappointed about this construction shop.
