娘の進学に伴う部屋探しでしたが、コロナ禍の上、自宅が関東ということもありオンライン内覧でご対応いただきました。
近辺の様子や街の雰囲気は、事前に街情報や近隣市に住む友人からの情報、Googleマップで確認しておきました。
オンラインではありましたが、内覧ではこちらの気になる箇所を映し、寸法を測って下さったり、コンセントの位置から部屋の高さやゴミ置き場まで丁寧にご案内いただき決めることができました。
また、こちらの要望や問合せにも迅速かつ丁寧にご対応頂き大変助かりました。
オンラインのみの為まだ実際にお会いできておりませんが、親娘共に終始安心してお任せできました。
