匿名でのクレームは気分が悪い。
実名で書かせたらいいと思います。
自身はクレームつけるときは必ず実名でやります。
今のシステムは言いたい放題で医師に失礼です。

どちらが悪いのか知りませんが、患者名まで聞かれ病院を案内されるまでけっこうな時間を待たされたあげく当の病院には断られて、あぁこれが「病院のたらい回しか」って実感しました
連携システムが確立してないならやらなきゃいいのに…
けっきょく以前診ていただいたことがある共立病院に直接電話して診療してもらいました
共立も耳鼻科医が不在で診てくださったのは外科医の先生でしたが、ちゃんと止血してくださいましたよ?
夜間の救急外来に行きたい方は総合病院に直接電話したほうが早いです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到着したら外から電話をください、といわれたので話すのもやっとの中、何度電話をしても全く出ない。代表の電話番号にかけたら漸く出るが電話が繋がらなかった経緯を話しても謝罪すらない。明らかに体調が優れない様子なのに外に出てきた看護師は全く声を掛けずに素通り。医師の態度も高圧的。詳細を調べれば、服用しても全く効かなかったと提示した市販薬と同じ成分のものを処方される。挙げ句の果て、一番メインで辛い症状はなかったかのような扱いを受け、慢性的な疾患の事にしか触れない。そっちは今辛くもなんともない。詳細は分からないにしても、可能性の考えられる病気についての説明も一切なし。案の定処方された痛み止めは全く効かなかった。運転できる人間が全くいないからタクシーで来たら迷惑がられる。この状況下だからというのも分かるが…。そこまで嫌悪感露にされても…。これなら受診しないで、悶えながら耐えるか、救急車呼ぶ方がよかった。行っても行かなくても同じ結果だった。

心配で眠れず夜通し見守って、翌日朝イチでかかりつけの小児科へ行くと肺炎で即入院。
本当に危ない状態でした・・・。
他の方も同じことを仰っていますが、何のための救急医療センター・#8000なんでしょうか。
「医療機関を受診するまでの一時凌ぎのセンター」とはいえ救急である以上、命に関わる状態かどうかは的確に判断して対応してほしいです。
追記
家族が体調を崩し連絡。
激しい嘔吐・下痢と伝えているのに「今日の当番医にまずは連絡して」と言われ案内されたのは「整形外科」。せめて内科を教えて下さい・・・。
とにかく当番医に断られなければ此方では絶対に受けません!無理なら救急車を呼ばれたらどうですか?との言葉をかけられました。
案の定断られましたし整形外科の受付の方も苦笑い。
あの無駄な時間は何なのでしょうか。
最終的に別の当番医の所へ行きました。
(時間で当番医が変わるそうです)
正直、期待できないので個人で総合病院へ直接相談した方が良いなと思ってしまいました。
