駅からも近いし、商店街の中にあってとても便利。2階が停めやすい。自転車の出入り用のスロープも、人間の出入り用の階段も入口の便利な場所に配置され、よく考えられている。2階へのストープ、1階の入口の2カ所に設置されている自販機で100円の利用券を購入し、停車した自転車の見やすい場所に貼り付けるだけ。帰りはそのまま帰れる。その日であれば、出入りは自由。シンプルなルールで利用しやすいことはこのようなインフラに重要。
