It is full of construction mistakes. The site supervisor does not supervise the site at all. It's like building a house for fun. I think it depends on the person in charge.

営業さん、現場監督さん、コーディネイターさん皆さん雰囲気も良く、様々なわがままにも笑顔で応えて下さり、なんの不満も無くマイホームを建てれました。
初めは大手のハウスメーカーで検討していましたが、知人の紹介で話を聞いてみたら非常に印象が良く、ここなら安心して頼めると思いました。
建築会社は長くお付き合いしていく事になるので、山口建設にお願いして本当良かったです！

素敵だなと思いつつも高額な買い物なのと他社も候補に残っていたので決定はせず‥。
ハッキリしない顧客と苛つかれたのか、
まだ決められませんかと苦笑いされました。
私も営業経験者なので即決させたい気持ちは
痛い程分かりますが‥

一言でいうとハイブリッドでオシャレな家を建ててくれました！
会社の雰囲気がとても良く、スタッフさんはとても親しみやすくて、毎回の打ち合わせがとても楽しみでした。(8回も間取り変えてもらいすいませんでした)
建築中も動画や写真を送ってくれたり、第三者機関の検査など、とても丁寧な家作りをしている
信頼できる工務店さんだと思います。
大手メーカーなど10社以上周りましたが、山口建設さんで施工してもらい本当に良かったです。
