★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熱のある孫を医者に連れて行くのに利用させていただ来ました。目と鼻の先にあるのですが遠回りしなければなりません。そこで運転手さんは機転を利かせて、運転手さんならではの近道を選択。とてもうれしかったです。
また 次の機会は利用させていただきます。

さらに、呼んだタクシーに乗り、しばらくすると、頼んだ目的地まで大幅な遠回りをしていることに気づき、おかしいと思い途中で降りました。
その時点で目的地の半分地点。
本来かかるはずの予定金額を既にオーバー。
もはや、対応云々の問題ではなく、詐欺です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 動物病院から自宅までの交通手段としていつもタクシーを利用します。アプリで会社を指定せず配車しているのですが、ほかのタクシー会社さんのときは特に何も感じませんしルートも皆さん同じような金額になるルートを通ってくださいます。今日初めてこちらのタクシーが配車され利用しましたが、途中で遠回りになりいつもより金額が高かったこと、声も小さく無愛想で何も良いところがありませんでした。
もちろんドライバーさんによるとは思いますが、そういった方がいるとその会社は利用したくなくなります。
