★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家電量販店のシェアに圧倒され、もはや写真プリント屋さん。店員に商品購入を検討しているので説明を求めたら、全く売る気なしの態度でした。ひと昔前なら、カメラ好きの店員がアツく持論を語ってくれたものでしたから寂しい限りです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浜松地域の旗艦店なのでキタムラ店舗の中では実機は結構展示されてるし、いつも忙しそうなので少し気が引けるがカメラについて店員に相談もできる。そんなお客が多いせいか博識の店員さんも多いので一安心。みんな忘れてそうな機種でも誰かしら分かるのはすごい。
だから困ったら取りあえずここという店。
値段もネット価格で実店舗としては格安なので安心して買い物できます。Tポイントの利用と付加が出来ます。
過去にこちらでアンドロイドの機種変も行いました。
その時は通常購入分のTポイントに加え、カメラの下取りがあると、どんな機種でもTポイント1000ポイントか、￥1000の商品券が付いたと記憶しています。

You can shop with confidence because the price is cheap as a real store at the net price. You can use and add T points.
In the past, we have also changed Android models here.
At that time, in addition to T points for normal purchase, if there is a trade-in of the camera, I remember that any model will have a T point of 1000 points or a gift certificate of $ 1000.

初めて買ったキタムラのフィルターにふと見えた虹にＰＬを重ね付けしたら全く外れなくなり、出先で困り構造上しない方が良いのかとコチラに話した所「フィルターが汚れているからです、清掃を有料で受けますが！」…買って2週間程度で、汚れるような場所で使ってもいません。
ケンコーのフィルターはもっと過酷に使い、そんな特別な清掃をしなくても外れなくなることはありませんでした。
苦笑いしかできませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店舗によって、スタッフの接客レベルが異なるのは仕方ないが、こちらの店舗は入れ替わりが激しく感じ、親切に対応してくれるスタッフもいたが、しばらく経つと異動されたとか。
こちらが解らないことを教えてもらう立場だから、明らかに私の方が年上ですが、敬語を使っているのに、若いスタッフは時々、タメ口で、友達みたいな口調に。
友達じゃないっつうの(^◇^;)
