一人暮らしを始めるときに、自動的に契約をした。プランは一人暮らしをするのに不向きなプランで不正に多く料金を取られていた。月500円程度違っていた。ガスの自由化もあるので無理に東日本ガスする必要は全くありません。むしろ、このような対応をされるガス会社は選ぶべきではありません。

去年車に傷を付けられました。他のプロパン会社から乗り換えて契約してましたが、新車を車庫に止めておくと線キズが日に日に増え、ガスの搬入じゃないか？と言うと証拠がないので対応は出来ないと言うので、運搬の子会社のガス交換に立ち会って動画を撮っていたところ、やはり狭いのか「体が当たってしまいます。やはりうちだと思います。｣と認めたので修理してもらいました。狭いなら最初の時点で相談すべきですよね？車をギリギリまで寄せる等の対応はできます。その後引き継いだ担当から連絡がないのでここの所長に連絡すると「私は伝えました。｣「もう私の手から離れてるので」と、、、知らないみたいなので教えてあげますが、引き継ぎとは、引き継ぎいだ担当を私に伝えるところまであなたの仕事ですよ！新入社員からやり直しましょう。あと、修理により車の売却価値が下がる旨を伝え補償してもらいましたが、私の車のカーディーラー担当に横暴な態度を取ったことを最近聞きました。本当にビックリです。まだまだ言いたいことはありますが書ききれないので、皆さん契約の際はよく調べた方がいいです。
