★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が亡くなった朝、以前お世話になったサンライフにまたお願いし、遺体の保全や契約など来ていただく事になったのですが約束の時間を30分たっても1時間たっても来ない。渋滞で遅れるとの連絡もなし。その後あと少しで着きますと本部から(本人からは一切連絡なし)くるも、30分以上経ってようやく到着。案の定詫びる事もなく。意味が分かりません。以前の葬儀にいたく感心し少々高くてもサンライフ、と思っていましたが、他にとても良い葬儀社が見つかり事なきを得ました。
On the morning of my mother's death, I asked Sun Life, who had taken care of me before, to come back to me for the preservation of the body and the contract, but the promised time did not come even after 30 minutes or 1 hour. There was no notification that it would be delayed due to traffic jams. After a short while, I arrived from the headquarters (no contact from the person), but finally arrived after more than 30 minutes. Without apologizing as expected. I do not understand the meaning. I was impressed with the previous funeral and thought that it was Sun Life even if it was a little expensive, but I found no other very good funeral company.
