屋内の排水管洗浄をお願いしようとしていましたが、予約時のやり取りでトラブルがありました。こちらから希望日時を提示し、先方から対応可能日の連絡がありました。当方は戸建で、屋内の排水管洗浄を希望している事、対象は屋内の４カ所である事を伝えたところ、「戸建ならば屋外排水管も合わせて洗浄する方がいい」と提案いただきました。ここまではよかったのですが、翌朝、こちらからの連絡がないという理由で、突如日程キャンセルの連絡がありました。（この間約21時間でした。13時〜翌10時）こちらから、「少なくとも屋内は依頼していたので日程は維持して欲しかった」と伝えたところ「こちらも日々予定を詰めて行動しておりますのであれだけの時間連絡が来なければ予定が確実に取れる方を優勢するのが一般的な行動では無いでしょうか？不服が有るなら聞きますが」とのご回答でした。先方から提案されたオプションを検討していたにもかかわらず、状況確認もなく元々の依頼事項だった屋内洗浄の予定ごとキャンセルされた事に驚きと不快感を覚えた旨をお伝えして交渉を終わりました。
