先生はとてもコミュニケーションしやすかったです。
新しくできたところなので、ほとんど待たされませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長先生はじめ看護師さんやすべてのスタッフの方々まで患者への思いやり意識が行き届いている印象でした。患者の質問に多忙な状況でも大変親切丁寧にご説明頂き、しかも最新設備でとても良いクリニックです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院内は落ち着きある雰囲気で、リラックスして待合いできました。受付の方の対応も丁寧でした。働く方の雰囲気がいいという事は、やはり院長さんの丁寧な親身な対応ができているからなんだと実感したクリニックでした＾＾これからも機会があれば是非利用したいと思える素敵なクリニックでした＾＾ありがとうございました。
The hospital had a calm atmosphere and I was able to relax and wait. The receptionist was also polite. It was a clinic that I realized that the good atmosphere of the working people was due to the polite and friendly response of the director ^^ It was a wonderful clinic that I would definitely like to use if I have the opportunity in the future. ^^ Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生で初めての胃カメラをしました。すごく怖かったですが女性の助手？さんが手を握ってくれたり背中をさすってくれたりで安心して胃カメラできました(o^^o)受付も対応が良くて今ではここの病院に行くのが楽しみになってしまいました( ´ ▽ ` )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてインフルエンザの予防接種で伺いました。
受付女性も愛想よく、院内も綺麗なので最初は良いイメージを持ちました。
しかし、受付時に少しお待ちいただくことになると言われ承諾したものの、１時間半以上途中で声をかけられることも経過を知らされることもなく待たされたことは心外でした。
それだけ混み合っていたり、待たせる可能性があるのであれば最初に伝えていただきたかったです。
他にも待たれてる方もいましたし、これがこの病院では普通の待ち時間なのかもしれませんが、初めて訪れて少し待つと言われて１時間以上は長過ぎると感じます。
待合いのポスターも見たところ、ネット受付のシステムもあるようなので、それを勧めても良かったのではないかと思います。
中に入ってからは、男性の先生にも大変お待たせしましたと声をかけていただき、しっかり親切丁寧な対応をしてもらうことが出来ました。
対応してくれた看護師さんや最後会計の受付の方にも大変お待たせしましたと言われ接遇もとても良かったので溜飲は下がりましたが、せっかくの優良な病院が勿体ないと感じましたので、改善要望としてこの評価とさせていただきます。

However, although I was told that I would have to wait for a while at the reception, I was surprised that I had to wait for more than an hour and a half without being called out or being informed of the progress.
I wanted you to tell me first if it was so crowded or there was a possibility of making you wait.
There were other people who were waiting, and this may be a normal waiting time at this hospital, but I feel that it is too long for more than an hour when I am told to visit for the first time and wait for a while.
Looking at the poster for the meeting, it seems that there is also an online reception system, so I think it would have been good to recommend it.
After I got inside, I was able to hear from a male teacher that I had to wait a long time, and I was able to have a firm, kind and polite response.
It was said that the nurse who responded and the receptionist of the last accounting also kept me waiting very much, and the hospitality was very good, so the amount of drinking was reduced, but I felt that a good hospital was a waste. Therefore, we will consider this evaluation as an improvement request.

健康診断で血便が見つかり、こちらで大腸内視鏡を予約しに行きました。
最初の電話対応では親切丁寧に案内していただきました。
受付も丁寧でスムーズで良かったです。
きれいで広々としており、快適な院内です。
今度は内視鏡をお世話になります。

I found bloody stool in the medical examination and went to make an appointment for a colonoscope here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミ通り、受付の方も先生も素晴らしいです。受付の方は始終笑顔で気持ちが良かったですし、先生は物腰柔らかく、丁寧にヒアリング&説明してくれるので安心しました。人気だからか、1時間程待ち時間はありますが待つ甲斐はあります！
