神戸空港旅客ターミナルビルとは徒歩5分もかからない位置ですが、連絡バスも毎時運行しています。
高速道路や鉄道を使って関西空港へ行くより圧倒的に早く着くため便利です。
ポートライナーとセット割引券や往復乗車券がお得です。
ターミナルビルの前には専用駐車場がかなりの台数分あります。臨時駐車場もあるので満車になり停められないことはないかと思います。
駐車券を、船内の駐車券処理機に通すだけで駐車場料金が何泊でも無料になります。
神戸空港の駐車場とは別ですのでご注意下さい。
 At the ferry terminal on Kobe Airport Island, the "Kobe-Kansai Bay Shuttle" that connects Kobe Airport and Kansai International Airport in about 30 minutes departs and arrives every hour.
It is less than a 5-minute walk from the Kobe Airport Passenger Terminal Building, but a shuttle bus runs every hour.
It is convenient because it arrives overwhelmingly faster than going to Kansai Airport by highway or train.

There are quite a few private parking lots in front of the terminal building. There is also a temporary parking lot, so I think it may be full and you may not be able to park.
Simply pass the parking ticket through the onboard parking ticket processing machine and the parking fee will be free for any number of nights.
Please note that it is separate from the parking lot at Kobe Airport.
