S	Sarah Valentine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice cruise round the harbour and out towards the big bridge. We did the cruise only and day up on the deck watching the scenery. Obviously Kobe has docks and heavy industry so that's what you'll see. But good to see the city from a different aspect.

All alcoholic beverages cost extra. The course finishes right as you get back to port so no time to walk around the ship and explore.

I had a great 1 hour and 45 minutes cruising around Kobe and Akashi. The live music adds to the relaxing and romantic vibe of the cruise. There are a lot of food being offered like Teppanyaki and French Cuisine. Also, there is an option for board only without food amounting to 2500¥ without tax for each person. They also have option if you want to have a marriage proposal here. They can arrange that for you. ❤❤
A	Amit Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cruise to see beautiful Kobe. We went for the tea cruise and it was amazing. The tart served was delicious. The view from the cruise is breathtaking. We were lucky to get inside the cockpit and learn about the ship control. The staffs are very polite.

Free view on third floor outside deck and inside cafe aquamarine (you can sit down without ordering the food or drink). Beside that on first floor on lobby behind piano is also free view. There is also music and song perfomed by local musician inside the ship View is ok at night if you want romantic experience but in my opinion if you want to aee scenery better at day. Great experience and view for 2 hours long. Very recommended.

The piano was incredible to hear, but other than when entering and exiting the ship….you will only hear it in the dining room for 10 minutes. I let the chef know I was allergic to seafood weeks in advance and literally received an appetizer with a canned sort of meat that looked and tasted like canned dog food. It was honestly worse than spam. For my next course, I was served what appeared to be an extremely small chicken cordon blue that came from the freezer. It was overcooked. The only good thing I was served was a pumpkin soup and it was served in an espresso cup. The portion was so tiny, it was like a sample. A bottle of wine was around $80 for a bottle with the actual value on vivino of $10-15. Coffee was as weak and watery as coffee can possibly be. Dessert was good. I don’t like to write negative reviews, but unless things change…..save your money, my friends. Kobe Cruise Concerto is an absolute rip off. You can spend the same money out in town for a real Kobe steak without this sham of a cruise and not feel like you threw your money in the garbage. My 2 stars go to the waitstaff, who were all excellent.

I usually do not have lunch or dinner on a cruise but this time, I was seated at the French restaurant. Having dinner on a cruise is quite expensive and not sure if it worth the money. The dining manager was a very unique person and I really enjoyed his performance. For summer time, I recommend to go on a twilight cruise and for winter, either twilight or night cruise are great. Of course, day time is nice as well but you won't be able to enjoy the beautiful city lights.
