★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が丁寧で好感持てます。連休明けでも予約のお陰で早くオイル交換完了。仕事に無事間に合いました。

清浄剤勧められたり
まだ換えなくてもいいはずのエレメントの
交換を勧められたりした
挙句の果てに
「終わりましたよ！」
と言われてクルマに行くと
店の前でエンジンが回っていた
さっさと出ていって下さいね
という雰囲気
車検で利用すると
笑顔で
丁寧に誘導とかしてくれるが
無料オイル交換のお客には
「ありがとうございました」
の挨拶も見送りも誘導も無い
そういう店なんだなと
むなしい気分になりました
次からは他の店で車検します

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検も言われたよりかなり待たされたし、オイル交換も予約して行ったのに、予約時間から45分経ってから始めます的な感じで…予約した意味ある？
車検の整備も不安が残る
前回、車検後に不備あったし
次からは車検も整備も他のとこ探そうと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備内容の説明は丁寧でした。待ち合いスペースが少し混み入っていました。隣と近い。マスク着用されていましたが、比較的大きな声で話されていた方が居ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料券を使いオイル交換をしていただきました。当日急遽時間ができ、ダメ元で電話したのですが空いている時間があり受け付けてもらえました。
燕店には初めて伺ったのですが、店員さん、整備士さん皆さんがとても親切でした。
三条店ほど広くなく、スタッフ数も少ないようでしたがアットホームな雰囲気で、
客の一人一人に丁寧な接客をしてくれました。
オイル交換のみ(しかも無料券で…)お願いしたにも関わらず、他に目立った不具合がないかチェックしてくださり、今後のケアのポイントも教えてくれました。
前日に三条店で酷い扱いを受けていたので、
店舗によってかなり違うんだなぁと勉強になりました。
今後は燕店で車のこと全般お願いしようと思っています。ありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検満期の2週間前に車検の予約をしました。用意ができ次第連絡すると言われ待っていました。車検切れ前日まで連絡がこなくてこちらから連絡しました。そしたら、用意できてますので明日持ってきてください。と言われました。
車検が終わり車を取りに行ったら、冷却水だいぶ減ってるので早めに入れてください。と言われました。最初の説明のときに冷却水がほとんど空っぽなので入れておきますと説明されたのに…。文句を言う気も起きませんでした。
支払いをして帰るとき、車を見たら運転席側に鳥のフンが付いていました。
ちょっとひどいと思います。二度と利用しません。知人にもすすめません。
