待合室は清潔で、無料のカップジュースがあります。
受け付けや整備士の態度、言葉使いは丁寧で印象は良いです。
代車は無料で使用できます。
星一つ消した理由は、立ち会い説明の際にまだ交換しなくてもいい部品類を交換が必要と思わせる様なしゃべり方だったから。
どこの車検でも同じかもしれませんけど。
First of all, I think cospa is good.
The waiting room is clean and has free cups of juice.
The receptionist, the mechanic's attitude, and the wording are polite and the impression is good.
You can use the substitute car for free.
The reason why I erased one star was because it was a way of talking that made me think that parts that did not need to be replaced at the time of witnessing explanation needed to be replaced.
It may be the same at any vehicle inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で、1年点検で利用させて頂いたが、説明も細やかでは分かりやすく、とても良かったです。天気の悪い日でしたが、説明の間、寒くないように、暖房の前で説明して頂いたりと細やかな配慮が有り難かったです。
The staff was polite and I used it for a year's inspection, but the explanation was easy to understand and it was very good. It was a bad day, but during the explanation, I was grateful for the detailed consideration such as explaining in front of the heating so that it would not be cold.

人気店なので事前に電話予約した上で利用していますが、オイル交換等の費用も安いのでコスパがいいと感じています。
