最終的に一社目にしました。それにしてもCMはウソか？

車検をとったその帰りに車から変な音がし、翌々日には廃車になってしまった。
なぜ車検が通ったのか不思議でならない。
車検代を無駄にしただけだった。不信感しかのこらない。

整備工場としてはとても綺麗で、受付の女性も明るく丁寧な接客でとても好印象でした。
しかし、整備士に問題が。
見積るために車を見てもらったら、ナンバー取得のための新規車検ではなく、継続車検なのに純正パーツでなければ車検を通すことは難しいとの回答が。違法改造であれば、その回答でも分かるが、宮城県にて車検が通ったパーツのみを使用しているにも関わらず、岩手県では難しいと。
車検は全国共通の規定に則り運用されているはずなのに、岩手県独自の規定があるかのような発言。まぁ、ここまでは私の中でギリギリ許せる範囲であった。その後、許せる範囲を超えた出来事が。
そのまま車検が難しいとの回答だった為、予約等をせずに帰宅。その時に気付いたが、見積依頼時にはあった車内の発煙筒が無くなっている。各自治体によって車検の規定が異なるということは、整備士の勘違いということで許せるが、客が持ち込んだ車両に付属していたパーツを積み込み忘れることは整備工場としてあってはならない。それも、車検を売りにしている工場で、車検に必須の発煙筒を積み込み忘れることは言語道断。呆れてしまい、発煙筒が無かった事を連絡する気にもなれず、新品を購入してきました。
私個人としては、上記の出来事からこの店はお勧めできません。

Inspections should be operated in accordance with nationwide regulations, but said that there are Iwate Prefecture's own regulations. Well, so far it was within the limits of me. After that, events beyond the permissible range.
He answered that it was difficult to inspect the car, so he returned home without making a reservation. At that time, I noticed that the smoke tube inside the car at the time of requesting the quote was gone. The fact that different local governments have different rules for vehicle inspections can be forgiven by the mechanic's misunderstanding, but it must not be a repair shop that forgets to load the parts that came with the vehicle brought by the customer. At a factory that sells vehicle inspections, it is outrageous to forget to load smoke tubes, which are essential for vehicle inspections. I was amazed and couldn't be informed that there was no smoke tube, so I bought a new one.
I personally do not recommend this store due to the above events.

安いからといって車検出しても、岩手県独自の車検ルールが県から指示されている様な言い方。
同業者や県職員に聞いてもその様なルールは無いと回答。
ここの矢巾店だけは独自の車検ルールがあるようで、国も県も出していない道交法をあたかもそうであるように言う。
ブレーキパッドの交換含め車検出したが、返ってきた車のブレーキパッドは後日確認したら交換されておらず(新品は色が違うため発覚)､明細書にはきっちりとブレーキパッド交換工賃が加算されて請求されており、「ブレーキパッドの交換が必要です」と言われていた為わざわざブレーキパッドを発注掛け､その事を伝え了承を得ていたのにも関わらず交換せず､しかも新品パッドにはグリスなのか汚れなのか分からない黒い付着物を付けたまま無造作に(ローター側に付くように)箱の中に入れてありました。
本当に酷い。
しかも他の方も書いてましたが､代車無料は嘘。
50kmから独自のルールで加算されて挙句ガソリン満タンで返せと言われるので遠方の人は要注意⋯と言うかやめた方が良い。
立派なのはCM起用タレントと店のガワだけ。
