★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換で伺って入口の発券機で発行してから紙に係の人が伺うまでお待ちくださいと書いてあったので席に座って待って居ました。
20分くらい待っていても呼ばれず、あとから来た人が受付を済ませてるのを見て時間を聞いたのですが2時間後になると。だったら最初から待たなかったのに 案内が遅すぎます。
8か月前に来た人も口コミで同じことを書いてますね
サービス向上に努めますって言ってますけど全く向上していませんね？
案内くらい最初に来たらしてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日は車検をしましたが、車の状況を整備士さをから丁寧に説明していただき、気になるところをしっかり修理していただきました。
フロントの方も丁寧に説明していただき好印象でした。
料金も割引サービスが適用されて安くできて良かったです。
また修理や車検の時はお願いしたいと思います。

土日に急なトラブルだったのですがすぐ対応していただきました。
店舗、待合室も広くてキレイです。
当日予約はできませんでしたが、電話で事前に問い合わせしており事前に説明いただきました。予約上記にもよると思います。
１時間以上待つと思いましたが、３０分程度でした。

気になる見積もりについては、車検を通すだけなら、そこそこ安く仕上げられますが、整備もお願いするとそれなりにかかるようです。整備も込みで考えるならば、他店との比較もありだと思いました。

受付の方の対応はとても良い。
ただ整備者の対応は悪い。しかもそれが工場長とは、、、、
自分のミスは笑ってごまかす。そもそも他の車と勘違いして初めから上から目線の電話がかかってきた。
納車の時点で分かることを数時間後に電話が来てまた店に来いと、、、。
基本的に安い、薄利多売なのは分かるがやはり整備士との信頼関係がないと安心できない。
今の工場長が工場長である限りコバック女池店は利用したくないと心に決めた日でした。
