★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設自体はあまり綺麗ではなく狭いですが、プライバシーは守ってくれます。
小さな声で薬の案内をしてくれました。以前星4つけていたのですが……最近は事務員さんの態度が気になります。
受付の事務員さんのひとりがやる気無さすぎです。
手が塞がっていて入口のドアを開けるのが大変な時、普通の人なら開けてくれますが目が合ったにも関わらずやる気なさげな目でこちらを見ているだけでした。またお疲れなのかもしれませんが壁にもたれかかっている姿はちょっとありえないなと思います。
また風邪を引いていらっしゃるのか分かりませんが、ポケットから使い古したティッシュで鼻を拭いながらお薬の説明をされる薬剤師さんもいてちょっと嫌になりました。
でも良い方もいます。
毎回その方になればいいなと思いながら行っています。
近くなければ行かなくなるレベルですね。

そこそこ混む所のようなので整理券を配るシステムにしたり、すでに名前呼ばれたかどうか確認できるようにしたりと色々改善しないと客も受付の方々もストレスたまるだけなように見えました
