建築にあたり土地の購入契約を結んだが、必要書類説明などなど不備があり、しかもそれをハウス会社に責任をなすりつける始末。人が多く出入りする空間で代表が怒鳴り散らすという、なんとも幼稚で野蛮な人間性が露呈した。
商品に罪はないため取引することにしたが、今後はコアラハウスという名前も判断材料にしていく必要があるだろう。
