店員のほとんどが素っ気ない接客。
営業時間を一部みたいに25時までにと

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ みんなが知ってる珈琲館、味はまあまあ、まずくはない。ただ料理の量が少な目、ホットケーキは美味しいけど、ボリュームにかける。バターも薄く切って出されて物足りない。この店に限らず、最近の若い人の接客態度がなってないか、もしくはバカ丁寧かどちらかに片寄る感じがするのは私だけか？ガラス張りの席が多く居心地が少し悪い、コインバークあり。禁煙。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休みの日に奥のじゅうたんとソファのお部屋にモーニングに行きましたが、あちこちに大きめなパンくず・落とし物・テーブルは指で触ると油が伸びる状態でした。夜に掃除してないのかな。
モーニングは500円からあってお得です。スクランブルエッグはとっても少ないです。あの見本の半分くらいを覚悟してください。
コーヒー一杯では少ない人向けに、お代わりは半額・デキャンタは2杯半分という注文ができます。
奥の席はちょっとこもり感があるのか、いつもおばさま達が女子会をされています。でも長居しないです。
壁側の席には電源があります。わかりにくかったら店員さんに聞いてください。
店頭で焼き上げるホットケーキは昔懐かしい感じのさくっとナイフが入る感じのとろけないもの。甘い香りの通り、生地も甘めです。1枚から注文できます。
パフェも充実しています。
ゆっくり出来て、持ち帰りの多い店のように人の出入りが頻繁ではないので、落ち着きます。
サイフォンで入れるコーヒーは、おうちでは飲めないので、特別感があります。

モーニングもハムチーズサンドは、チーズがたっぷりとして美味しかった。
ただ、奥の床の掃除が行き届いてなく、絨毯がシミだらけ。あれは残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ８月３日お昼過ぎ頃利用させてもらいました。「ご注文お決まりの頃うかがいます」といって２０分ほど放置されようやく注文を取り忘れていたことに気づいて注文を取りにきました。その間カウンター内では男性店員一人女性店員二人で談笑する様子もみられていました。余裕があるなら注文の取り忘れないか確認するくらいできたと思うのですがカウンター席に座っていた私の様子を気にも止めず目の前で談笑するのがここの職員の有り様なのですね。
楽しく仕事する事も大切ですが、もうちょっと客に見られているという自覚をもって仕事したほうが良いのでは？と思ってしまいました。私の気が小さいだけかもしれませんが、この時こう思ってしまったのは事実なので素直に感想述べさせてもらいます。

焼いた面はサックリ、中はふんわりしていてとてもおいしかったです。
苺のソースは甘酸っぱくて、バニラアイスと一緒にホットケーキにつけて食べたら最高でした♪
バターやメイプルシロップもついてくるので、いろんな味で楽しめますね。
アイスコーヒーは『珈琲館アイスコーヒー』を注文しましたが、好みの味でした♪
店内も綺麗で、店員さんもニコニコしていて、とても居心地がよかったです(*^^*)
