お客の入りは8割程度でしたが、空いてる席にはもれなく前のお客の残骸がある状態で、お好きな席をどうぞどうぞと言われます。
席を選んだら片付けてくれるようです。
店員さんは常に動き回っている状態なので、きっと人員が足りないのでしょう。
炭火コーヒーとチーズケーキをいただきました。コーヒーもケーキも美味しかったです。
ケーキは甘さだけでなく、適度な苦味もあってさっぱりいただけました。

The clerks are always moving around, so they're probably short on staff.
I had charcoal coffee and cheesecake. Both coffee and cake were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西新井駅北口、イオン西新井店の1階にある喫茶店。平日の19時台という少し変わった時間に利用。買ったばかりの本を読みながら静かにお茶をしようと思ったが、中年のおばさま方が多く来店されていて割と大きめの声でお話されてて多少アテが外れた感じであった。
珈琲館のホットケーキはどの店も安定の美味しさ。時間はかかるが待つだけの価値あり。
しかしながら、炭焼きコーヒーゼリーは提供されるときからミルクってかかっているものだっけ？メニューにもかかっていないように見えるし、自分は普段コーヒーゼリーにミルクはかけないので違和感が強い。他の珈琲館でもかけて出てきたことはない気がするのだがここオリジナルなのだろうか？選ばせてほしいなあ…
A coffee shop on the first floor of the Aeon Nishiarai store at the north exit of Nishiarai station. Used at a slightly unusual time of 19:00 on weekdays. I thought about making tea quietly while reading the book I just bought, but many middle-aged ladies came to the store and spoke in a rather loud voice, which made me feel a little out of touch.
The hot cakes at Kohikan are stable and delicious at every store. It takes time, but it's worth the wait.
However, has charcoal-grilled coffee jelly been milked since it was served? It doesn't seem to be on the menu, and I don't usually sprinkle milk on coffee jelly, so it feels strange. I don't think it has appeared in other coffee houses, but is it original here? I want you to choose ...

■モーニングが安くておいしいと（個人的には）評判な珈琲館。
飲食物の質や店員の方への不満は特にはなく、いつ来店しても安定した時間を過ごすことができるだろう。
■特に、西新井駅東口には飲食しながら時間をつぶせる場所が少ない。
コーヒー屋をはじめお店が多く栄えているのは圧倒的に西新井駅西口である。そのため、時間を持て余しているくらいなら正直東口を散策してお店を探すのも（個人的には）ありであろう。しかし、東口に用がある、東口でお店を見つけたい人にとっては十分に選択肢の一つとなる。
■道路向かいのマクドナルドとは、朝に利用したい、時間をつぶしたいというニーズが重なる部分もあるだろう。
端的に言うと、ゆっくり過ごしたい場合は、断然に同店をおすすめする。

There is no particular dissatisfaction with the quality of food and drink and the staff, and you will be able to spend a stable time whenever you come to the store.
■ In particular, there are few places where you can spend time while eating and drinking at the east exit of Nishiarai Station.
The west exit of Nishiarai Station is overwhelmingly prosperous, including coffee shops. Therefore, if you have time to spare, you may (personally) walk around the east exit to find a store. However, it is a good choice for those who have a need at the east exit and want to find a store at the east exit.
■ McDonald's across the road may have overlapping needs for using it in the morning and killing time.
To put it simply, if you want to spend a relaxing time, I definitely recommend the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小学生の頃に両親に連れて行ってもらうと必ず食べていた珈琲館のホットケーキ。たまたま立ち寄った珈琲館で30年振りにいただきました。パンケーキと違って、しっかりと弾力のある生地が昔と変わらず美味しかったです。懐かしくてとてもホンワカしました。お店は広く、店員さんたちもお客さんと仲が良く、とても良い雰囲気でした。
When I was in elementary school, I always ate hot cakes from the coffee house when my parents took me to them. I happened to stop by at the coffee house for the first time in 30 years. Unlike pancakes, the firm and elastic dough was as delicious as it used to be. It was nostalgic and very exciting. The store was large and the staff were friendly with the customers, and the atmosphere was very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ どこの珈琲館もパンもコーヒーもデザートもおいしい。私は喫茶店巡りが趣味で今まで色々な喫茶店に行ってきました。でも、コーヒーが美味しいところはパンが不味いパンが美味しいところはコーヒーが不味いどちらも不味いところはデザートが美味しい。でも珈琲館館さんは、パン コーヒー デザート全て美味しいですね。ランチあんなにボリュームあってあんなに美味しいところは今までありませんでした。しかも安い。平日ですが。接客も素晴らしい。今は珈琲館館しか行きません。
Every coffee house, bread, coffee and dessert are delicious. My hobby is visiting coffee shops, and I have been to various coffee shops. But where coffee is delicious, bread is bad. Where bread is delicious, coffee is bad. Where both are bad, dessert is good. But at Kohikan, all the bread, coffee and desserts are delicious. Lunch has never been so voluminous and delicious. Moreover, it is cheap. It's a weekday. The customer service is also wonderful. Right now I only go to the Coffee Museum.

珈琲も美味しかったです。
次回はホットケーキと同じタイミングで出してもらうようにしたいと思いま.す。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The menu is not customer friendly. We tried to order an sandwich but got an abomination instead. If you're wondering what can go wrong when you cook something with cheese, we came out with the answer : a lot!
ps : the hot cocoa and the coffee were okay tho.
