★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミが酷かったので、怖いもの見たさで工事依頼をしましたが、従業員の対応も親切でスピーディな対応でした。価格も良心的で、あとで上乗せされることもありませんでした。怖いもの見たさという意味ではガッカリでしたが、友人や知り合いにもお勧めできるぐらいの業者でした。

妻が対応してたので後から知ったのですがプラスで1万円追加でとられてた。ほかの業者の人にも確認したけど値段が高すぎる。依頼者本人に確認せずに請求は悪徳すぎる。妻も後から値段が高すぎることを知って悲しんでました。せっかくの新生活の始まりにこんな業者来てほしくなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間指定ができないの1点張り張りで全く融通が利きませんでした。電話の対応が不親切だと思います。時間指定不可ならその旨どこかに表記してほしいです。今後利用しません。ほかの口コミが信用できないと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エアコンの取り外し取り付けを日付指定をして一ヶ月前から依頼をしておりましたが、作業日前日の21時ごろに調整が出来なかったと横柄な態度で電話をしてきたのには驚きました。
それだけではなく、それまで三回の打合せで見積もり金額の確認をしていたのにも関わらず前日に「実際は倍の値段になると思います。」と言ってきたことにも驚きました。
驚きを提供するサービス会社としては一流だと思いますが、エアコンなどの施工業者としては三流以下だと思います。
驚きたい人はどうぞ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近所なのでエアコン洗浄を毎回お願いしています。さすがプロ！という感じでテキパキ仕事が早く、受付スタッフさん、来られるスタッフさん共に対応も気持ちが良いです。評価低いのなんでかなぁ？と不思議ですね。今後もお世話になろうと思っています。

夏なので時間がかかると思いましたが早く対応していただいて助かりました。
エアコンも室外機もどちらも丁寧に設置していただき、搬入や支払いなどの対応も爽やかでとても気持ちが良かったです。
またお願いしたいと思います、ありがとうございました。
