★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老舗の観光バス会社ですが、中身は封建的な組織であり特に京都車庫は上下関係が凄く厳しい会社です。他のバス会社ではあり得ないほどの風習があり気持ちよく仕事が出来る環境ではないです。新人イジメは常識化しています。
