駐車するなら16時以後が比較的安いですね。(※入る前に駐車料金を確認したほうがいいですね)

京都駅前の道路は塩小路通です駐車場の場所は塩小路通新町上がるです新町通より東側はコインパーキングは5箇所ぐらい有ります

The road in front of Kyoto Station is Shiokoji-dori. The parking lot is Shiokoji-dori Shinmachi. There are about 5 coin parking lots on the east side of Shinmachi-dori.
