★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して見学に行きましたが、説明できるスタッフもおらず、終始ポケットに手を入れた状態での接客。こちらの質問にも答えられず。あちこち不潔。10軒以上見学してきましたが、群を抜いて最悪の老人ホームで、驚きました。
 I made a reservation and went to the tour, but there was no staff who could explain it, and the customer service with my hands in my pocket from beginning to end. I could not answer this question. Filthy here and there. I have visited more than 10 houses, but I was surprised at the worst nursing home by far.
