★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1902年（明治35年）創立の木造高等学校は、男子校としてスタートしましたが、1950年（昭和25年）から共学となっています。
校訓は「誠實・勤勉・親切」。
現時点での在校生徒数は、各学年160名の計480名弱というところ。
学科は総合学科として、人文科学、自然科学、流通ビジネス、情報システムと４つの系列があります。
目指す生徒像としては
（１) 自らの夢を掲げ、強い意志をもって主体的に学習する生徒となる。
（２）豊かな心を持ち、互いを敬い切磋琢磨する生徒となる。
元大相撲力士の舞の海秀平さんは木高の出身です。
追記：2018年高校総体では、男子柔道と女子陸上で優勝を果たしました！
The Wooden High School, founded in 1902 (Meiji 35), started as a boy's school, but since 1950 (Showa 25), it has become a co-educational school.
The lesson is "sincere, diligent, and kind."
At present, the number of students at school is 160, with a total of just under 480.
There are four departments, which are humanities, natural sciences, distribution business, and information systems.
As a student image to aim for
(1) Be a student who has his or her own dream and learns independently with a strong will.
(2) Be a student who has a rich heart and respects each other.
Shuhei Umi, a former sumo wrestler, is from Kitaka.
Update: In 2018, I won the men's judo and women's track and field championships in high school overall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの高校出身(但し30年近く前位ですが)です。まぁ、昔の話なので、参考にはなりませんが、女子の制服が変わってないな。当者が在籍していた当時は相撲が強かったが、今はかるた部が有名ですね。余談ですが、当者が入学するはるか前に、夏の甲子園に出場した事があります。また、大相撲の舞ノ海関の母校としても知られてます。
I'm from high school here (although it's almost 30 years ago). Well, it's an old story, so it's not helpful, but the girls' uniforms haven't changed. Sumo was strong when the person was enrolled, but now the karuta club is famous. As an aside, I participated in the summer Koshien long before I entered the school. It is also known as the main school of Mainoumi Seki for sumo wrestling.
