「おうちで㐂酉(きどり)」 コロナ騒動の最中、テイクアウトのみで、表にカウンターを用意して、感染リスクを下げて頑張って営業されてます。 何と!? 車を横付け出来るので、ドライブスルーで焼き鳥…日本初じゃないですか!?そんな話をして、奥様と笑いました。 「㐂酉の味」をおうちで。お酒が進みそう。 奥様の明るい接客と、店内厨房からのご主人の「有難うございますー」の声…帰宅まで40分なので流石に温もりは僅かですが…お料理から伝わる心は暖かかったです。 「おうちで㐂酉」 「初の焼き鳥ドライブスルー!」 事前に電話すれば、ドンピシャ狙って用意してくれますよ!! 頑張れー 㐂酉の皆さんっ!

이른 저녁 시간에 우연히 그 근처 지나다 아무 정보 없이 들어간 곳. 마침 오픈 시간이어서 사람 별로 없는데 문을 활짝 열고 환기 중이었고 장사 하면서도 계속 그렇게 환기 했음. 에어콘은 틀고 있었지만 밀실이 아니어서 살짝 안심했는데 들어가면서 손 소독하고 열 재야 들어갈 수 있었음. 테이블이랑 카운터가 있는데 카운터는 자리마다 커다란 투명 벽을 세워놨고 테이블은 복도 쪽에 커다란 투명 벽을 설치해 놨음. 마스크 착용한 상태에서 식사해야 한다고 원래 마스크 더러워질까봐 임시 마스크도 공짜로 줬음. 다들 턱스크긴 했지만 마스크 쓰고 먹긴 했음. 나랑 일행은 한입 먹고 마스크 쓰고 했음. 화장실도 엄청 깔끔해서 소독약 가글 비누 등 짱짱하고 선풍기도 계속 돌려서 공기를 순환시키고 있었음. 야끼토리랑 모츠나베(일본식 곱창전골) 다른 요리를 팔고 있었음. 술도 마실 수 있었는데 주말엔 2시간 제한이었음. 야끼토리는 네기마(닭파꼬치), 염통, 껍질, 츠쿠네(닭완자)를 시켰음. 원래 껍질은 타레(간장 소스 같은 거)보다 소금을 더 좋아하는데 이집은 타레가 진짜 맛있었음. 츠쿠네 같은 경우는 치즈 츠쿠네가 먹고 싶어서 타레 츠쿠네랑 직화구이 까망베르를 시켜서 같이 먹었는데 역시 맛있었음. 츠쿠네에는 난코츠(연골) 다져넣은 것 같아서 개인적으론 별로였는데 연골 좋아하는 사람은 맛있게 먹을 듯. 맛 자체는 다른 데와 다르게? 함박처럼 뭉쳐서 만든거라 맛있었음. 그리고 계란 노른자를 줘서 막 짜지도 않고 마일드하게 먹을 수 있었음. 야끼 오니기리도 시켰는데 오니기리 전체에 소스 뭍혀서 구운 스타일이 아니라 밥 자체를 파랑 양념 넣고 한 비빔밥? 같은 거를 앞 뒤로 구운 스타일이었음. 닭육수 같은 스프를 같이 주는데 그게 진짜 맛있었음. 야끼오니기리랑 닭껍데기 타레랑 네기마 타레랑 먹었는데 맛있었음. 마지막에 먹는 것을 추천함. 염통은 말도 안되게 부드러워서 놀랐음. 소금맛으로 시켜서 다른 거 시켜서 먹고 남은 타레에 살짝 찍어먹는 것을 추천함. 계산은 카드 가능하고 테이블에서 해주는데 동시에 입가심용이라면서 레몬 샤베트 갖다 줘서 감동. 맛있어서 한번 더 감동. 계산 끝나고 영수증 갖다 주는데 자일리톨 껌도 줬음. 직원분들도 센스 있고 상냥해서 진짜 기분 좋게 밥 먹었음. 영업 스킬이 좋은 것일 수도 있지만 술이 1/3 정도 남았다 싶으면 술 다른 거 시키실 거냐고 물어보고 메뉴 얼추 보고 정하겠다 싶으면 진짜 좋은 타이밍에 와서 주문 받아 감. 2시간제라 그런지 식기도 바로 바로 가져가서 테이블이 깔끔했음.

I personally didn't like the tsukune because it seemed to have minced naankotsu (cartilage), but those who like cartilage will enjoy it. Does the taste itself differ from other places? It was delicious because it was made together like a hamburger. And given the egg yolk, I was able to eat it mildly without being salty. I also ordered the yaki onigiri, but it's not the style of grilling the whole onigiri with sauce, but bibimbap made with the rice itself in blue seasoning? It was a style that baked the same thing front and back. They served soup like chicken broth, which was really good. I ate yaki onigiri, chicken skin tare, and negima tare, and it was delicious. It is recommended to eat last. I was surprised at how incredibly soft the sore throat was. It is recommended to eat it with salt flavor and eat it with a little bit of the remaining tare. You can pay by card, and you can do it at the table, but at the same time, they said it's for the mouth, and I was impressed with the lemon sherbet. It's delicious and I'm impressed again. After the checkout, they gave me the receipt, and they gave me xylitol gum. The staff were also sensible and kind, so I really enjoyed the meal. Sales skills may be good, but if you have about 1/3 of the alcohol left, ask if you want another drink, and if you want to look at the menu and decide, come at a really good time and take your order. Since it was a two-hour system, the tableware was brought right away and the table was clean.

Solid local yakitori. The cozy and traditional interior hides the delightful fact that they pay special attention to differentiate each of the yakitori classics to great effects. I'd recommend not missing the white liver, chicken wings, tsukune and warabi mochi dessert amongst the various tasty dishes.
