施設や運営自体は立派な事業だと思うが、その一人の従事者の嫌な行動で全体が推し測られると言うことを理解していただきたい。

I think that the facilities and operations themselves are worthy businesses, but please understand that the whole thing can be inferred by the unpleasant behavior of one of the workers.
