m	meister drive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２０２０年５月に設計などに詳しい人間と見学しました。結果、これで１０数億（税金）かけた競技場とは思えないほど競技場の外観の作りが悪く、ところどころに杜撰な工事（特にスロープの作りや階段がうねっている、そして駐車場は新しいのにすでに剥離しかけている、コンクリートを何度もやりなおしている）がうかがえる。競技者にとってはフィールドは最適な感じで良いが、観覧席はとりあえず作ったという程度のもので、一体どのような位置づけで作ったのか。公式レースするとか合宿とかでも活用を考えられているのだろうが、今後問われていくだろう。ところで、小野市というのは企業誘致に非常に力をいれており、それ以外には今年の市役所の新設やこの競技場の施工などで多額の税金を投入しています。その結果、２０２０年４月から市民が利用する公共施設や体育施設の使用料は１.２～１.５倍となった経緯がある（保険料も上がったようです）。そういった側面があることは利用者側には関係ない！とお考えでしょうが、近隣市も含め地方自治がこのままでは厳しくなる一方であることも目を向けていただきたい。 In May 2020, I visited with a person who is familiar with design.
